Mine Bosses

General

Bosses can be found throughout the mines, with a boss room being present on each level. In a boss room is a ritual altar. By accessing the altar with its corresponding egg, a boss can be summoned. Bosses can pose a serious threat, doing a lot of damage and having a lot of health, as well as employing multiple skills to use against their attackers. Slaying a boss will grant great rewards, including a chance to drop reputation items and a guaranteed drop of a core item corresponding to their level. These core items can be used to upgrade equipment at the Blacksmith at spawn.

Mutant Miner	Coal Mines	Obtain Coal Clusters from killing mobs in the Coal Mines. You can then trade the clusters with Sketchy Steve to obtain Miner Cores. Once you have a core, you need to find the altar in the coal mine to spawn the Mutant Miner.
Ancient Protector	Copper Mines	Obtain Copper Clusters from killing mobs in the Copper Mines. You can then trade the clusters with Sketchy Steve to obtain Protector Cores. Once you have a core, you need to find the altar in the copper mine to spawn the Ancient Protector.
Frost Whisperer	Iron Mines	Obtain Iron Clusters from killing mobs in the Iron Mines. You can then trade the clusters with Sketchy Steve to obtain Whisperer Cores. Once you have a core, you need to find the altar in the iron mine to spawn the Frost Whisperer.
Bog Toad	Emerald Mines	Obtain Emerald Clusters from killing mobs in the Emerald Mines. You can then trade the clusters with Sketchy Steve to obtain Toad Cores. Once you have a core, you need to find the altar in the emerald mine to spawn the Bog Toad.
Crimson Fang	Redstone Mines	Obtain Redstone Clusters from killing mobs in the Redstone Mines. You can then trade the clusters with Sketchy Steve to obtain Crimson Cores. Once you have a core, you need to find the altar in the coal mine to spawn the Crimson Fang.
The Overlord	Diamond Mines	Obtain Diamond Clusters from killing mobs in the Diamond Mines. You can then trade the clusters with Sketchy Steve to obtain Overlord Cores. Once you have a core, you need to find the altar in the diamond mine to spawn the Overlord.
