Each level in the mines will house a different variety of mobs. These mobs are hostile and will pose a real threat as you progress through the mines. Slaying these mobs are vital to progress through the mine related quests. These mobs can also drop good loot for players, with each mob having loot specific to it. All of these mobs also have a chance to drop clusters corresponding to the level they reside on, which can be useful in trading with Sketchy Steve.
Every floor of the Mines introduces a new set of [[Mine Mobs|hostile mobs]], and the deeper you go, the more dangerous they become. Defeating these enemies is essential for completing Mine-related quests and progressing through the area.

Each mob also has its own unique loot table, meaning specific drops are tied to specific enemies. So, targeting the right mob matters if you’re farming materials. On top of their normal drops, all Mine mobs have a chance to drop Clusters that match the floor they spawn on, which can be traded with [[Sketchy Steve]] for useful rewards.

Bosses can be found throughout the mines, with a boss room being present on each level. In a boss room is a ritual altar. By accessing the altar with its corresponding egg, a boss can be summoned. Bosses can pose a serious threat, doing a lot of damage and having a lot of health, as well as employing multiple skills to use against their attackers. Slaying a boss will grant great rewards, including a chance to drop reputation items and a guaranteed drop of a core item corresponding to their level. These core items can be used to upgrade equipment at the Blacksmith at spawn.

In addition to travel, Sketchy Steve runs a shop on each level. Instead of the normal economy, his shop uses Clusters from that level as currency, and the available stock scales with the depth of the Mines. His inventory can include useful supplies such as potions, food, weapons, and armor, along with the level’s Boss Egg. Boss Eggs can be used at Ritual Altars to summon that floor’s boss.

General Information

Mining allows players to explore the maze-like caverns of various different mines, with each mine segment sprouting their own biome, unique ecosystem, and custom mobs that inhabit their respective areas. Mine ores, fight mobs and bosses, and find your way through to reach deeper into the mines, unlocking better rewards as you travel further down.

Mines

The mines are divided up into different sections, with each section acting as its own mine. Some mines like Coal and Copper consist of multiple layers while others like the Redstone Mine have more unique approaches. Each mine is rich in a different type of ore. In order, the mines are the Coal Mine, Copper Mine, Iron Mine, Emerald Mine, Redstone Mine, and Diamond Mine.

Special Mines

Special mines can also be found throughout the mines. These special mines can be found attached to other mines. The special mines include the Lapis Mine, the Gold Mine, the Amethyst Mine, and the Quartz Mine.

Mine Mobs

Every floor of the Mines introduces a new set of hostile mobs, and the deeper you go, the more dangerous they become. Defeating these enemies is essential for completing Mine-related quests and progressing through the area.

Each mob also has its own unique loot table, meaning specific drops are tied to specific enemies. So, targeting the right mob matters if you’re farming materials. On top of their normal drops, all Mine mobs have a chance to drop Clusters that match the floor they spawn on, which can be traded with Sketchy Steve for useful rewards.

Mine Bosses

Bosses are scattered throughout the Mines, with a dedicated Boss Room located on every level. Inside each Boss Room is a Ritual Altar. Interact with the altar using the level’s corresponding Boss Egg to summon that floor’s boss.

Mine bosses are designed to be major encounters: they hit hard, have high health, and use multiple skills to pressure anyone fighting them. Defeating a boss grants powerful rewards, including a chance to drop Reputation items and a guaranteed Core drop tied to that level. These Cores can be used at the Blacksmith to upgrade your equipment.

Loot Chests

Loot Chests can be found throughout the Mines and provide rewards scaled to the level they spawn on. Each chest pulls from that floor’s loot pool, meaning deeper levels offer stronger and more valuable items.

Chest contents are randomized, with a mix of common and rare drops. Some items appear frequently, while others are much harder to find.

Clusters

Mobs in the Mines have a chance to drop Clusters that match the level they’re found on. Higher Looting levels increase your odds of receiving Clusters, making enchanted weapons especially valuable for farming.

Clusters can be traded with Sketchy Steve for unique items and upgrades that help you progress deeper into the Mines.
