Fishing Rods
Starter Rod
The first tier fishing rod players can obtain is the Starter Rod, which can be crafted by the vanilla fishing rod recipe. This rod has a Very Low chance to catch a boss.
Novice Rod
The second tier fishing rod is the Novice Rod, which can be purchased from the fish merchant at Fish Valley and Sunny Meadows. This rod has a Low chance to catch a boss.
Intermediate Rod
The third tier fishing rod is the Intermediate Rod, which can be purchased from the fish merchant at Pine Peaks and Cozy Cabin. This rod has a Medium chance to catch a boss.
Advanced Rod
