General
Cores can be earned by slaying bosses spawned from altars and can be used to upgrade armor sets at the Forge for new and unique abilities.
To activate an altar in the mines, players must obtain the corresponding egg for that mine. These eggs can be bought from Sketchy Steve's shop in exchange for clusters corresponding to that mine. Earn these clusters by slaying the mobs that inhabit that area.
